ANINAGIN is a 46-minute film for the spirit. It places the viewer in a “face-to-antennas” encounter with invisible creatures living around us. Aninagin film music and sound design are entirely created by Alexander Weidner.

In this non-narrative film halfway between a documentary and science-fiction, the pictures and sound are there to stimulate your imagination, while allowing complete freedom to give them any meaning you like.

Unlike a documentary, and more like a contemplative fiction, Aninagin was filmed entirely in the Philippines jungles, and will spark your curiosity for the infinite world of diversity, hiding behind the veil of the dense tropical vegetation. Directed by Michael Perfect.

The film was selected in several international festivals, including an official selection at Festival Des Possibles (Sens) and an audience nomination at the Riom Scientific Film Festival. It received press coverage including a feature in Rappler.
