Aninagin | Film
Aninagin is a visually striking film that reveals the microscopic world of insects from a rarely explored perspective. Suspended between documentary and science fiction, the film was shot in the Philippines over the course of a year and brings these tiny creatures into view beyond the conventions of educational nature films.
At its core, Aninagin is a film about beauty, curiosity, harmony, and reflection — inviting us to reconsider the values and behaviours of our own species through the infinitely small.
Original score and full sound design for a 46-minute experimental nature film exploring the unseen world of insects.
Entirely created in post-production, the soundtrack blends five layers: environmental atmospheres, species-specific footsteps, detailed body movements, unique creature voices, and a hybrid orchestral-electronic score.
